iPad Deployment
Students entering grade 6 & 10, or new to LASD in grades 6-12. Please plan to pick up your iPad prior to the start of the school year.

Students will be charged a one-time ‘take-home’ fee at each building level (gr 6-8; 9-12). Students entering sixth grade will be charged a one-time $30 ‘take-home’ fee as a middle school student. Students entering Tenth grade will be charged a one time “take-home” fee of $30. Students “new” to the district will be charged a pro-rated “take-home” fee (Grade 7-$20, Grade 8- $15, Grade 9-$10, Grade 11- $20, Grade 12- $10). A student will not be charged for the first incident of accidental damage. In the event of a second occurrence, either a $50 repair deductible or the actual cost of repair, whichever is less, will be charged. Students with three or more non-warranty repairs during the life of the device will be charged the actual repair cost.
