Our Bolts are really getting in their steps today during Race For Ed. However, we still haven't reached our school wide goal of $15,000. With your help, I'm sure we can get there!! All funds raised are used for future activities, field trips, and so much more for our students here at ACES.

Good afternoon Thunderbolts, The Regular School Board Meeting scheduled for Monday, May 20, 2024 at 7pm will now be held in the Littlestown High School auditorium to allow enough seating for our families and friends of our Students of the Month for April and May! If you plan to attend the meeting, please remember the high school is UNDER CONSTRUCTION and our temporary main entrance and best parking is around the back of the building (Use Door #22 by the cafeteria to enter). Wow, What an experience for our 5th graders! Check out Mrs. Allen and Mrs. Ballards room transformation that was made possible using the grant from the Thunderbolt Foundation. Certainly a day they won't forget!

Third graders in Mrs. A. Smith's math classroom completed a graph project this week. The students picked their own topic, surveyed other third graders, and then created four different types of graphs to display their data.

Yesterday's letter for second grade's ABC Countdown was O for Outside. However, we didn't let the rain stop us. Mrs. White's class and Mrs. Sentz's class found a spot that kept us dry. We began with reading to our partners and then we put on an impromptu performance of "The Three Ninja Pigs." It is a fractured story of the original, "The Three Little Pigs." It was hysterical:)

Congrats to our Kindergartners and 1st Graders who purchased Lunch with Mr. Moran at our PILOT school store. Its no easy task to save up 500 bolt bucks! We hope they enjoyed their Pizza party and Snowball fight!

Our Kindergarten classes are enjoying a visit to the Littlestown Library this week. Miss Jess and Miss Cat gave them a tour, read them a book, and shared all the exciting events planned for the summer. We hope our families get to stop in and enjoy all that our local library has to offer!
