Congratulations to LHS Senior Matthew Hogg who has qualified and been selected for the PMEA All-State Wind Ensemble on French horn! This is an incredible honor and represents the highest level a student instrumentalist can achieve in Pennsylvania. Matthew’s hard work and dedication to his craft have truly paid off, and we couldn’t be prouder of this outstanding accomplishment.
Matthew will have the opportunity to perform at the PMEA State Conference at the Kalahari Resort in the Poconos from April 9-12. He will be alongside the best student musicians in Pennsylvania as well as get an opportunity to rub shoulders with some AMAZING military band and professional instrumentalists.

All-State Concert Information
In consideration of Passover beginning at sundown on Saturday, April 12, the All-State Concert schedule has been adjusted so that all concerts conclude by 4 p.m. that day. The concert schedule is as follows:
Contemporary A Cappella & Jazz – Friday, April 11 at 6 p.m. at Pocono Mountain HS East
Orchestra – Friday, April 11 at 8 p.m. at the Kalahari Convention Center
Chorus – Saturday, April 12 at 10 a.m. at the Kalahari Convention Center
Wind Ensemble & Concert Band – Saturday, April 12 at 2 p.m. at the Kalahari Convention Center
