Austin Grammes was selected as the 2022 ComeBack Athlete recipient for Littlestown High School. WellSpan Sports Medicine chose him for showing determination, perseverance, and dedication when overcoming a major injury. Austin has been awarded a trophy, a certificate, and his name was added to a plaque that will be hung at the high school. Great job, Austin!
