Welcome to the LASD Finance and Operations Page

The Littlestown Area School District is located in Adams County in south central Pennsylvania, approximately 45 miles south of Harrisburg and 10 miles southwest of Gettysburg, and borders the Maryland state line.  The School District is comprised of all of Germany Township, Littlestown Borough and Union Township and portions of Bonneauville Borough, Mt. Joy Township and Mt. Pleasant Township.  Local revenues are primarily generated by a 13.5387 mill real estate tax, a 1.1% earned income tax and a .5% real estate transfer tax.

The student population numbers of approximately 2,000 and is supported by a budget of $40,493,014 for the 2024-25 school year.
